MATCH REPORT v BERKS
Middlesex extended their losing streak to 6 as they lost 117-100 against Berkshire CBA in the friendly match played earlier this week.
The match in the pleasant surroundings of Sunningdale BC was played in bright Sunshine, in stark contrast to the previous days dowsing.
On a positive note for Middlesex CBA, there were wins of three of the six rinks with the top success being David Southey (Cambridge Park), Alan Cushnir (Woodcock Park), Lou Lucas (B A Concorde) and Eric Prior (Match Secretary / Mill Hill) who won 19-15.
After the game David Baker (Teddington) received his Colts badge from the President.
The squad now
get a two week break before boarding a coach north, where they will
attempt to break the losing run against Nottinghamshire CBA at the Notts
HQ ground on June 18th. |
