You can now keep up to date with the latest news, forthcoming events and results from Bowls England on the micro-blogging website Twitter.

Twitter will enable individuals to keep in touch with Bowls England just by registering to follow ‘@BowlsEng’.

Users will then receive automatic updates through either their personal Twitter account, which can be accessed through computer or smart phone.

Tony Allcock MBE, Bowls England Chief Executive, explained: “As part of our commitment to keep members and other stakeholders fully informed, we will be using Twitter to broadcast regular updates. We are confident that this will further help to raise the profile of our sport among current and future participants.”
