Please see attached for your information a copy of the 10-minute rule motion that was presented in the House of Commons by John Woodcock MP earlier this week.

Though Mr Woodcock’s constituency is primarily crown green area he consulted with Bowls England, and some affiliated clubs that may be affected by local authority cuts, plus the Sport & Recreation Alliance ahead of his motion.
